Client Experience Representative

 

VegasTickets.com is an industry-leading ticket brokerage that serves clients from around the globe as they descend upon Las Vegas to satisfy their appetite for world-class entertainment. We sell tickets to all shows, concerts, sports, headliners, MMA, boxing, rodeo, and theater events throughout Las Vegas and around the world. We are an e-commerce company servicing global clients. Job duties include but are not limited to:

  • Build memorable client experiences to fit the needs of each individual client’s preferences
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing and new clients with optimism and enthusiasm.
  • Actively prospect and research new sales to establish qualified leads
  • Continually update and maintain current client data
  • Collaborate with management to create, execute, achieve, and exceed quarterly sales goals established by management
  • Ensure that all calls and emails are answered in a timely and professional manner
  • Project management
  • Other work duties as assigned

 

 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

The ideal candidate will possess a combination of the following education and/or equivalent experience:

 

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 2-3 years of previous related experience in customer service, sales, retail, festivals, theater, box office, venue, concierge, sales, or hospitality preferred.
  • Ability to effectively present information, and respond to questions from co-workers, clients and management
  • Applicants will be goodwill ambassadors to our clients and will be expected to build relationships while providing excellent service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle conflict/dispute resolution
  • Maintain confidentiality and use the utmost discretion when privy to sensitive information
  • Problem solving and multi-tasking abilities
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, percentages, and volume; ability to apply concepts of basic math
  • Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Quick learner, especially when it comes to learning and adapting to new computer programs and updates
  • You should be a motivated self-starter, passionate, enthusiastic and goal-oriented high achiever
  • Must be able to work successfully without constant supervision
  • Must be willing to work any and all shifts to including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to speak effectively before co-workers or individuals. Foreign language skills are a plus.

The physical demands and work environment described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, sit, walk, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. Must be able to perform repetitive motions 75% of the time. Must be able to lift 30 lbs.

Fulfillment Representative

Job duties include but are not limited to:

  • Handling inbound and outbound customer calls, website chats, and emails, with the intent of resolving all first level support.
  • Act urgently on escalated support calls, website chats, and emails from customers and sellers ensuring a positive customer and seller experience.
  • Serve as a liaison with partner sites and sellers to assist customers.
  • Manage ticket deliveries.
  • Work with staff and ticket exchanges to execute in-hand dates accurately, resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Solving issues regarding any tickets not being delivered.
  • Daily effort to maintain current product knowledge of the services that the company offers.
  • Participation in small or large projects.
  • Provide input on improving processes and procedures.
  • Other duties as required.

 

 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

The ideal candidate will possess a combination of the following education and/or equivalent experience:

 

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1+ years of experience in a Call Center and/or Customer Service-related job preferred, but not required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience within the hospitality, entertainment, box office, ticketing environment preferred, but not required
  • Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Ability to analyze information, solve problems and make quick, fact-based decisions
  • Strong computer skills; Ability to learn and work with the latest programs.

 

 

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedures, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to speak effectively to co-workers or individuals. Foreign language skills are a plus.
