Roger Jones

Owner

Roger Jones is a 26-year veteran of the secondary ticket market. He is the owner of VegasTickets.com and the Managing Member of RevPro.co, and currently serves as the Vice President and Secretary for the Nevada Ticket Brokers Association. VegasTickets.com is a nationally recognized ticket brokerage located just west of the world-famous Las Vegas Strip. Revpro.co is the revolutionary ticket management company that is adding value, maximizing revenue, and providing service to connect content providers with distribution channels. Mr. Jones has led the growth of VegasTickets.com since its inception. Under his stewardship, VegasTickets.com has grown from 3 to 18 employees and company sales have increased by over 900%. His operational expertise has guided the core of day-to-day operations throughout the steady growth of the company inclusive of identifying new markets, product acquisition, staff retention and incentives, a mentoring program, predictive sales and event analysis, client relationship initiatives, and implementation of best business practices and social media. The Company is a member of the National Association of Ticket Brokers (NATB), the BBB of Southern Nevada, the local Chamber of Commerce, the American Society of Travel Agents (ASTA), International Ticketing Association (INTIX), and the Las Vegas Regional Ticketing Association (LVRTA.). It is a corporation in good standing with the State of Nevada. The corporation has been a moving force in the passage of legislation giving equal footing to brokers in the secondary ticket market. Widely recognized among his peers for his big heart, Mr. Jones served three years as the Chairman for the National Association of Ticket Brokers‘ Gives Back Committee and 15 years overall. During this time, the organization has donated over one and a half million dollars ($1,500,000) in live entertainment tickets to charities throughout the US and performed countless hours of volunteer work. Mr. Jones is a four-time recipient of the association’s Humanitarian of the Year Award and serves on the Board of Directors of the Las Vegas Ronald McDonald House as the outgoing VP of Strategic Planning. Mr. Jones holds the distinction of being the only ticket broker and brokerage recognized as an Honorary Member of Les Clefs d’Or USA for their unwavering commitment to the continuing education of concierges throughout the United States. Mr. Jones has also served as an Advisor to the Board of the Southern Nevada Hotel Concierge Association and Treasurer for the Las Vegas Regional Ticketing Association. Through Roger’s direction, VegasTickets.com has forged strong community ties in the communities in which it is involved and has significantly given back to organizations within the community through its Charitable Giving Program.

Pedro Montoya

Purchasing Account Manager

Mr. Montoya is a results-driven ticketing, operations, and business development leader with over 10 years of experience spearheading innovative projects and strategies that result in increased brand awareness, partnerships, and sales revenue for live entertainment venues and projects. Pedro serves as an account manager with VegasTckets.com and most recently held the role of Experiences Host Manager for Ticketbat. He has also served in various roles with Harrah’s and MGM International ticketing.

Jose Enriquez

Ticketing Fulfillment Lead

Mr. Enriquez has been in leadership roles for the past 15 years and joined the VegasTickets.com team nearly 3 years ago. Jose honed his skills in management ascending through the ranks of 24hr Fitness and Greenleaf Rent A Car in Southern California. His strengths are many but notably he is a manager for whom his staff wants to do well. A great motivator, he relates well to his team and cares about their growth. In 2021 he moved to Las Vegas and began a career at Resorts World as a member of their Resorts Services team managing reservations and bookings. He prides himself on being family-oriented and regularly travels back to California to visit his. He oversees many of the VegasTickets.com community activations and employee outings.

With over 8 years of customer service experience, Jocelyn certainly is aware of how to be SHOW ready! She currently leads our team of experience specialists who guarantee an unforgettable experience for our clients. Equipped with a “never say no” philosophy, Ms. Cruz goes above and beyond for her clients to deliver the experience they want by executing many elements available to her and her team. Hotel accommodations, transportation, parking, and restaurant reservations are all a part of the offerings that help her and her team deliver that once in a lifetime Vegas experience.

Jennie Seeling

Assistant Operations Manager

Jennie Seeling is an entertainment and ticketing specialist with 18+ years in the industry prior to joining Vegas Tickets. Jennie’s ticketing roots began with the Rockford Symphony Orchestra overseeing the box office and patron relations. Upon moving to Las Vegas, she expanded her ticketing resume with the MGM Grand Garden Arena. She has also served as Sales Director for Legends in Concert and most recently was Manager of Showrooms and Ticket Office for Wynn/Encore Las Vegas.

Operations Manager

Rob McSparron serves as the Operations Manager for VegasTickets.com. McSparron’s responsibilities focus on ensuring that all company team members deliver a VIP service experience while helping them meet their goals more effectively. Additionally, he implements processes that promote a culture that strives for excellence, supports core values, utilizes data to enhance customer and employee satisfaction, collaborates across multiple departments, and leads the way in several vertical market initiatives to further elevate the VegasTickets.com brand. Prior to joining the company, McSparron held various roles at Stubhub-the world’s largest ticket marketplace.

For nearly two decades, Christy has been integral in the growth of VegasTickets.com and its success in becoming one of the most recognizable brands in the ticketing ecosystem. She currently serves as the chair of the company’s Charitable Giving Program which supports nearly two dozen recipients.

Director of Client Experience and Engagement

As Director of Client Experience and Engagement, Mrs. Robison's responsibilities encompass outreach to front-line hospitality professionals throughout the resort corridor, including hotel concierge, bell desk, casino marketing, and VIP services representatives. A longtime Las Vegas resident, Gwenn is uniquely qualified to grow and promote the customer-centric initiatives of our company with nearly 30 years of hospitality and tourism industry expertise as a concierge.

Purchasing Manager

An 11-year veteran of the secondary market, Ms. Neves serves as the Purchasing Manager for VegasTickets.com. Under her guidance, her staff procure the tickets that drive our business. She serves as the liaison with all the major sports leagues and is responsible for acquiring the best ticket inventory for all of the sporting events in Las Vegas. Additionally, Tiare works closely with the performers, various box offices and venues to remain at the forefront of sourcing the best tickets, at the best prices for our clients.

Frank is a Client Service Specialist and excels at delivering unforgettable experiences to every client he encounters.He has extensive knowledge of the top venues and performers in Las Vegas. As such, he assists with both our web content maintenance and social media announcements. He has a particular passion for mixed martial arts and considers himself a UFC aficionado. Before joining the team at VegasTickets.com, Frank managed box offices for performing arts venues in Philadelphia, PA and Santa Fe, NM and has over a decade of experience in the ticketing and live events space.

Ticketing Fulfillment Representative

As a member of the Ticketing Fulfillment team, Mr. Koepp assists customers via inbound calls, emails, and live chats surrounding both new and existing client requests. Friendly, personable, and outgoing Xander works directly with clients to ensure they know “where you sit matters.” He is also responsible for properly directing our client requests in our order queue. He is a full-time student at UNLV entering his Senior year this fall and teaches youth martial arts and is an Eagle Scout.

As part of the Ticketing Fulfillment team Lizzy is on the front line of customer interaction. Her responsibilities include managing ticket delivery, handling inbound correspondence and calls, and trouble-shooting technology that may preclude the transmission of electronic tickets. In addition to working for VegasTickets.com, Lizzy pursues a degree as a theater major at the College of Southern Nevada.

Ticketing Fulfillment Representative

Ms. Ruano is a member of the Ticketing Fulfillment team of VegasTickets.com. She is a full-time employee working her way toward a degree in both Communications and Criminology at Cal State Northridge. She utilizes her compliment of verbal and written communication skills to bring entertainment experiences to her clients. She also works extensively on updating our show and venue catalogs.
